Under Idaho law, 125 residents in an unincorporated part of a County can form their own city. We look forward to incorporating the City of Grand Teton, Idaho when we reach this many residents and level of maturity in the building and development of the area.
We will be better able control the zoning laws towards realizing all our future aspirations as a community without the opposition of a city or County.
